Franked with 1849 15c green, vert. pair + 1fr carmine tied by Paris Star cancels with red "Paris" double circle postmark alongside, 15c pair additional tied by black "New York/5cts" debit handstamp, adhesives with large margins, Extremely Fine, a rare franking; signed Calves, Gobel, Diena, with 2000 Roumet certificate.

Full margins, tied in combination with 1849 10c strip of three (#1, complete to large margins) to 1852 folded letter to New Orleans by numeral "898" in dots cancels, "Cognac February 17, 1852" origin postmark, black Boston exchange datestamp, light stain affects the one franc stamp and vertical filing crease affects one of the 10c stamps, Fine and attractive.
