"Small Bee" fancy cancel with "Waterbury, Ct., Feb 7" cds alongside, on cover to Washington, Conn., cover and stamp expertly repaired at right with portions of cancel added, F.-V.F. appearance, a very rare cancel, with less than 8 known; with 2004 P.F. certificate. Stevens forwarding agent oval date stamps and manuscript "Rio de Janeiro, May 11, 1870" at top, small cover repair at top slightly affecting Boston postmark, otherwise Very Fine.
