Cork canceled on 1875 cover to Constantinople, Turkey, "Middleborough, Mass., Apr 2" origin cds and red "Boston, Paid All, Direct" cds and "Kaiser Deutsche Postamt, 22.4, No.2" backstamp, 1¢ stamp with minor perf flaws at right, otherwise Very Fine, reported to be the earliest use of the German "No.2" Constantinople postmark known.
