1894, 6¢ dull brown, imperf horizontally. Bottom margin vertical pair, full o.g., strong color, better centering than usually encountered, Very Fine, a choice example of this rare 19th century error, especially in sound condition as most have disturb gum or faults; with 1996 P.F. certificate.

1895, 2¢ carmine, types II & III. Complete sheet of 100 from plate #170, with first 3 vertical rows type II and next seven type III, o.g., never hinged, beautifully bright and fresh, perf separations between 5th and 6th horizontal rows affecting left margin plate block, Fine, a lovely and rare exhibition piece, one of the few surviving sheets containing the type II-III combination.

The type II-III combination was only produced from plate #170 and from only the upper left pane, as the remaining panes from this plate were type III.
