Clear strike of rimless circular postmark with manuscript date, on small cover to Neshonac, Wis., franked with 1861 3¢ rose tied by target cancel, with original 4-page enclosure datelined East Bannock City regarding miners heading for the gold mines of Idaho, poor mining in general and going farther West, cover reduced at left slightly into postmark and stamps with minor flaws, Fine, a rare territorial cover.
