Ornate company frank on envelope with "Post Office Victoria" Coat of Arms Postal Frank to show that 2½ pence Vancouver Island postage had been paid as required by law, light central fold & tiny edge tear at right, Very Fine, about four envelopes are recorded, Pictured in 1996 book "Gems of Canadian Philately", ex-Wellburn where it brought C$2420 in 1988.
