Group of ten entires; including Scott #U18, U26 variety (UPSS #50-5-12-1), U311 variety (UPSS #931-10-54-7), U350 to Germany, U362 with 10¢ special delivery, U363, U364, U397 with second UPSS #1463-13-78-14 and UO55, all sound with clear readable postmarks, Very Fine, a wonderful group for the EKU specialist; each with 2003 or 2004 A.P.S. certificate.

Postal Stationery, 1861, 12¢ red & brown on buff. Entire to Munich, Germany, uprated with 1879 1¢ ultramarine, horiz strip of three, all tied by "San Francisco, Cal., Oct 3, 81" duplex postmarks, 1¢ strip applied over Bamber & Co. black printed frank (strip lifted and hinged in place), Very Fine, a very rare usage, one of only four known used with the Bamber & Co. express frank.
