Franked with 1874-84 10c green in combination with Great Britain 2d blue (three singles) tied by numeral "C38" in barred oval of the British Post Office in Callao with cds on reverse, sent via "Panama" with "San Francisco Steam Ship" cds arrival and "5 cents" due handstamp, cover with trivial clipped corner at bottom right, Very Fine.

A lovely cover from Lisbon to New Jersey franked with 1866-67 50r green + 100r dark lilac pair tied by numeral "1" grid cancels with "Lisboa" double circle postmark alongside, sent via France with scarce "Portugal-St. J - de - Luiz 3/Amb C" exchange marking in red, 100r pair with large margins, 50r close but clear at right, otherwise large margins, Extremely Fine and choice, a showpiece.
