Stampless cover group. Approximately 100 covers; nice range of postmarks throughout with portion of material being brittled or faded, still good reference material with usages including Steam, N.O. "Way 11 Cents", free franking, Hale & Co., transatlantic, U.S. City Despatch Post, early California including S.F. drop "1", some civil war, early 1820-30 rates, etc.

Stampless cover group, 1796-1850's. 15 covers; including a few 18th century covers from New York, Hartford, Conn. and Hanover N.H. straight line postmark, early 19th century includes 1836 London to Jamaica letter, 1816 Newport, R.I. with war rate, some nice later cover including many embossed ladies cover with one to Scotland, a Libertyville, Ill. fancy 3cts coin type rate handstamp, etc.

Stampless lettersheet reference collection, 1800-50's. Hoard of approximately 2,000 lettersheets; eastern states mostly from major cities with many smaller towns throughout, strength in Boston with many incoming transatlantic letters from England as well as Spain, Australia, etc., other principle cities including New York and Philadelphia, other towns postmarks from states including New Hampshire, Louisiana, Virginia, etc., spanning a wide array of rates and postmarks; an excellent source for the early rate or postmark specialist, well worth inspection.

Stampless missionary correspondence, 1833-38. Lot of 17 stampless cover to or from Mary Sampson of New York, folded letters include eight from St. Helena, two from Bombay, three from Boston, one from "Missionary Rooms, Boston", two from New York, one with Troy, Mich. Terr. manuscript postmark & one from Detroit, Mich. Terr., all cover from overseas bootleged to United States & place in mails, mixed condition, an interesting lot.

Dozens of cut squares and entires on pages in binder, good range of various indicias and cancels including full printed frank cuts, useful entire section including blue frank front, 6¢ legal entires, enclosure regarding purchase of Wells, Fargo envelopes, Columbians entires, mint 3¢ entire with Colby's Nevada and Dutch Flat Express frank, Mexico frank usages, etc.; condition mixed, worth inspection.
