Approximately 1,000 covers in albums and mostly semi-arranged in boxes, a wide array of townmarks including various types, mostly franked covers with several dozen early stampless including manuscript, free franks, etc., 100's of early 19th century franked covers with a nice array of postmarks with very little duplication, includes some later fancy cancels, Blood's local, registered, better frankings, etc., later 19th century with 100's of bureau issue covers, some correspondence material with late 10¢ registered frankings, including mixed frankings, overseas usages, special delivery, etc., some 20th century items including R.P.O.'s; virtually all material with clear well struck town marks and some very nice early 19th century items, an excellent basis for further expansion.Estimate $2,000 - 3,000.
