Strong study of approximately 500 G.B. issues on albums pages, stockcards and approval books, nice array of country obliteraters throughout; with strength in British Levant including Constantinople with various plates on the 1864 1d rose red as well as other issues with values to the 2sh, good Smyrna, Egypt with Alexandria including plates and values up to the 5sh, Malta again a strong run including many on piece and multiples, Peru with strong Callao with issues up to multiple 5sh values, Chile with good Valparaiso, other towns including St. Domingo, Arroyo, Mayaquez, Buenos Ayres, etc., condition a bit mixed, some slightly heavy duplication at times with many good issues throughout, well worth careful inspection.Estimate $2,000 - 3,000.
