Block of 4, two pairs and single tied by target cancels on 1864 3¢ entire to Rome, Italy, matching "Flora Dale, Pa., Dec 17" cds, numerous transit and rate markings including "Insufficiently Paid" straight line handstamp and receiving backstamp, small stamp faults and cover reduced at top into indicia, Fine.

Just tied bt target cancel on 1865 tissue paper cover to Swatow, China, endorsed "Overland via Southampton" at top, light Chatham, N.H. origin cds and red "Boston, Br. Pkt, 40" credit cds, red London exchange with matching "1d" rate handstamp, reverse with blue "Hong Kong, Au 7, 65" receiver, Extremely Fine, a lovely usage to China.
