Position 1, orange red St. Louis town cancel, large to mostly huge margins, deep bold shade enhancing and strikingly detailed early impression on bright paper, pressed out verticial crease ending in a small sealed tear at bottom which is virtually undetectable with the naked eye, Extremely Fine appearance, a gorgeous 5¢ St. Louis Bear; with 1999 P.F. certificate.
