O.g., hinge remnants, wonderfully centered amid exceptionally large margins, strong vibrant color, remarkably fresh, tiny black speck at back of Washington's hair which appears to natural (not mentioned on P.F. certificate), Extremely Fine and choice, a magnificent example the very rare 4¢ bluish paper, especially choice in such well centered condition, the finest we have recorded; with 2005 P.F. certificate.
