Showing short transfer in "The" at lower left, o.g., lightly hinged, margins showing portions of frameline at left top and bottom, bright color, tiny tear in bottom margin, otherwise Very Fine, still an attractive example of this rare mint stamp; with 1981, 1999 P.F. and 2002 P.S.E. certificates.
