1867, 2¢ black, Z. grill. Neat bar grid cancel, precision centering amid beautifully balanced margins which is almost unheard of on this issue, bold rich shade and strong grill impression, an Extremely Fine gem, a fantastic condition rarity and quite certainty among the finest examples of the 2¢ Blackjack Z. grill; with 1985, 2004 P.F. certificates and 2003 P.S.E. graded certificate (XF-Sup 95).
Scott No. 85B    $1,300.

This is one of two recorded examples to attain the grade of "XF-Superb 95" according to the P.S.E. Population report, which two higher.

1867, 3¢ rose, E. grill. Immaculate fresh original gum with only the barest trace of hinging, perfectly centered, beautiful rich bright color, remarkably bright and fresh, an Extremely Fine gem, a marvelous mint example and rarely encountered in such outstanding quality; with 2004 and 2005 P.S.E. certificates.

1867, 10¢ green, E. grill. Precision centering enormous margins all around, deep bold color, a Superb jumbo, one of the finest jumbo margins examples in existence; with 1992 P.F. certificate and 2004 P.S.E. graded certificate (Superb Jumbo 98J).
Scott No. 89    $325.

This is the highest graded stamp in the P.S.E. Population Report and will undoubtedly remain there for quite some time. While later issues will have the previous highest grade eclipsed, a truly rare stamp such as this, has few, if any equal.

Full fresh o.g., well centered amid full margins, evenly struck grill impression, strong shade and impression, the color is vibrant and fresh which is very rare on mint examples of this stamp, Very Fine and choice, a truely marvelous example of this exceptionally rare mint stamp; with 2005 P.F. certificate.
