Korea, 1902 Mixed Franking Registered Cover from Seoul to St. Petersburg, Russia. Front and reverse franked with 11 issues and endorsed "Affranchie par 16 timbres" to prevent pilfering, all tied by "Seoul, Coree, 2 Jun, 02" cds's, front with registry and return receipt boxed handstamps, reverse with "Chemulpo" and "Shang - Hai, China" French P.O. transit cds's, routed most likely via Marseille and Paris with additional Granitsa (Government Radomsk) transit and St. Petersburg entry & receiving cds's, cover open at sides for display, Very Fine, a spectacular 11-color mixed franking and usage to Russia.

Korea, 1897, 25p maroon, without overprint at bottom. se-tenant strip of 4 with black overprint on left pair and red overprint on right pair, disturbed o.g. (interleaving adherence), bright color, slight thinning, Fine appearance, a rare overprint combination and variety.

Korea, 1897, 50p purple, without period after "50". Red type II "Tae Han" overprint, tied by Jenchuan cds and slightly overlapping on native cover to Seoul, receiving postmark on reverse, slight crease in stamp from overlap, otherwise Fine, a very scarce usage.

Korea, 1900, 1p on 5p green. Block of 6, top center stamp with Chinese surcharge "1" omitted, full o.g. (slight fiber adherence), attractively centered, fresh with strong color, Very Fine, a very rare variety and multiple.
