Front and reverse franked with 11 issues and endorsed "Affranchie par 16 timbres" to prevent pilfering, all tied by "Seoul, Coree, 2 Jun, 02" cds's, front with registry and return receipt boxed handstamps, reverse with "Chemulpo" and "Shang - Hai, China" French P.O. transit cds's, routed most likely via Marseille and Paris with additional Granitsa (Government Radomsk) transit and St. Petersburg entry & receiving cds's, cover open at sides for display, Very Fine, a spectacular 11-color mixed franking and usage to Russia.

Korea, 1897, 25p maroon, without overprint at bottom. se-tenant strip of 4 with black overprint on left pair and red overprint on right pair, disturbed o.g. (interleaving adherence), bright color, slight thinning, Fine appearance, a rare overprint combination and variety.
