Two singles, in combination with 1861, 1r black on green, two singles + 4r black on yellow, tied by "Franco, Puebla" two-line postmarks on 1862 cover front receipt to the national lottery in Mexico, matching certified straight line date stamp and reverse with signed receipt and lottery handstamp; file folds and 1r stamps reduced from front cover removal, Fine.
