Tied by "Vera Cruz, Ver., Set 21, 90" cds paying the printed matter rate on folded letter sheet to Dieulefit, France, enclosure written in very faint ink as not to be detected by postal authorities and defrauding the postal service of 9c (U.P.U. letter rate of 10c), with receiving backstamp, Extremely Fine.
