Mexico, 1895, 4c orange, diagonal bisect. In combination with single 4c, on orange cover to Dolores Hidalgo, tied by "S. Miguel Allende, GTO., Jul 15, 95" cds's, purple "Administracion Principal de Rentas, Allende" official seal handstamp at left; cover file folds, otherwise Very Fine, extremely rare and a unique bisect usage making the official 6c reduced rate.

Mexico, 1895-98, 5c Mulitas varieties. 11 mint and 11 used stamps; mint including 1897 5c block of 9 showing 3 adjacent design types and 1898 5c vertical pair, imperf between variety with part doubling of impression on both stamps, used including perf, paper and color varieties with 1895 5c rose paper and 1898 5c steel blue, a F.-V.F. group.

Tied by "Mazatlan, Sin, Dic 24. 97" cds on package card "Buletin de Envio" for two packages to Hamburg, Germany weighting 2 kilo 850 grams, with very rare early registry etiquette at lower right; file fold and light wear, F.-V.F., a rare package card usage with only a few known.
