Plate block of 4, o.g., never hinged, certificate states hinged in bottom margin of bottom left stamp which we feel is in error, large margins, bright and fresh, natural gum crease affecting top stamps, otherwise Very Fine, a very rare and elusive plate block; with 2006 P.F. certificate.
