Cuba, Postage Due, 1899, 2c on 2¢ deep claret, inverted surcharge. Cork canceled on small piece, attractively centered, F.-V.F., considered to be the finest of the few known examples of this extremely rare Inverted Overprint, ex Robertson & Drucker; signed George Sloane, with 1986 P.F. certificate.
