A group of 8 from this difficult district, all unused, used being very rare, litho, 7c (2) one being the a white dot flaw similar to Follansbee 48pv2, 13c and 25c all cons. 9, engraved 13c (2) and 25c (2) all cons. 131, Follansbee only references the 7c litho in the Chapman collection, very scare, NF $315 plus, Very Fine.
