Comprehensive mint collection housed in Lighthouse album missing only a few stamps for basic completion; all 1930-40's issues present missing only the 1934 10r value, including 1923-24 1st issues complete (cat $361), 1929-37 set (missing 10r) including the scarce 15r top value (cat $600), 1st airmails complete, 1939 set unmounted (cat $350) including additional 10r with double overprint n.h. (#56a, cat. $350), etc. includes mixed mint & used stock and 1970 issues in blocks; condition better than normally encountered, owner's cat $4,477 (from out-dated Scott catalog).

Well formed mint collection (2 used stamps) on hingeless pages with a high degree of completion throughout missing only the scarce to rare issues; 1879 issues include 6¢ & 16¢, 1880-82 issues complete with a few better later surcharges, 1883-86 issues complete and some following surcharges, complete issues from 1892 with highlights including 1893, 2¢ on 40¢ ocher, 1896 Jubilees, 1899 surcharges and the 1901 postage due set complete, also a few early shades; overall condition well above the norm.

J.F.K. from Costa Rica regarding the Berlin crisis, Haiti 1898 Coat of Arms set on registered cover to France, also includes a run 1910's Lourenco Marques real-photo cards to Germany.
