Bayha (Shasta County). Provisional manuscript postmark (Williams SHA-330, open 1900-1907) on April 2, 1900 cover to Redding, Cal., franked with 1894, 2¢ carmine, Very Fine, a rare town, the only recorded manuscript and earliest cover known.
