Eilas Boudinot Esq., Member of Congress, New York. Address on 1790 folded letter handcarried from Livingston; couple small cover tears at top, otherwise Very Fine.

Elias Boudinot Jr. (1740?1821), an early American statesman who was a delegate to the Continental Congress and a U.S. Congressman for New Jersey. He served as President of the Continental Congress in 1782-1783.
