These 5 values were authorized by the Allied Commission for use in Allenstein late in the summer of 1920, but not issued because Allenstein stamps became invalid on 8/20/20 and were kept in Berlin in the Printing Archives; pristine post office fresh and very rare, o.g., never hinged, Very Fine; with 1984 Mikulski certificate, all signed Mikulski and Kahn.
