Wells Fargo Cover Balance. Of over 150 covers from 1855 Nesbitts through the 1893 Columbian entires, noting Chinese Camp, Hornitos, Los Angeles, various Marysville, early Petaluma, San Luis Obispo shaded ads, various Sacramento, manuscript Murrieta front, Port Costa, Nord (trimmed into indicia), San Luis Obispo, scarce San Mateo, San Pablo and a Wrights front and 17 San Francisco with corner cards, some scarce later usages, many shaded ads, package labels, etc.; with condition and strikes well above the norm, F.-V.F. overall, a valuable remainder.
