Confederacy, 1862, 2¢ green. block of five paying 10¢ rate canceled Anderson, Tex./May 23 cds on reverse of small adversity cover made from a partly-printed customs form to Galveston, Tex., second strike of Anderson cds on address side, addressee is Mr. John N. Scott, Cap. Stevensons Co. II, Col. Elmores Regiment; block with faults and cover soiled, Fine, an exceedingly rare usage, particularly used in Texas.
