Position 3 from the plate #6917 sheet, o.g., never hinged, natural s.e. at top, intensely deep color and very fresh, well centered for this notoriously off-centered issue with design clear of perforations at the left, Fine and rare, a lovely example of the rare 30¢ perf 10 Washington-Franklin issue on unwatermarked paper from one of the two certified sheets of 100; with 1972 P.F. certificate.
