Assembled by a knowledgable collector originally from Teheran, much mint & used prior to 1926, many surcharges & overprints, none with certificates but thought to be mostly genuine, from 1926 or so onwards quite well-filled and containing many good sets, such as #827-40, C51-67, 841-55, 928, 929-30, etc; lacking most of the long definitive sets (some high values used) but including most other issues for the period with many good 1950's sets; very clean and neatly hinged in Minkus Specialty album, please inspect.
