Wines, 1951, 1-7/10¢ green & black. Cancelled by a straight line "Aug 9 1950" rubber stamp type dater, paper clip impression with tiny surface scrape, faint crease and tiny pinhole at bottom, F.-V.F. appearance, a remarkable used example and a great Wine Issue Rarity; with 2011 P.F. certificate.

The IRS archives at the Smithsonian contained 4 mint examples of this exceedingly rare issue which were sold at auction. Only one used example is known prior this discovery which was found in the collection of a California wine country collector.
