In combination with 1885, 6¢ olive gray on cover to East De Moines, Iowa, tied by six bar grid handstamps with matching "Harper, Liberia, Apr 10, 1889" cds (type CP.6) and small straight line "Paid" handstamp alongside, partial New York entry and receiving backstamps; light tone spots on 6¢ and cover slightly reduced at right, still Very Fine, a rare franking and usage from Harper.
