Liberia, 1906, 1¢-$5 Pictorials, Perkins, Bacon & Co. Regular Issue Color Approval Sheet. Complete set of values affixed to sheet of paper with manuscript "These are the colors approved for the ordinary stamps" notation at top believed to be in the hand of stamp agent Henry Hayman, with 1¢-5¢ regular issue perf 14 issues and 10¢-$5 values are die proofs (15¢ & 75¢ showing marginal guidelines) perf 12 except 25¢ imperf, Very Fine, a unique item from the Perkins, Bacon & Co. archives.

Liberia, 1906, 15¢ Purple & Deep Green, Centered Inverted. Block of 4, o.g., small hinge remnant at top, never hinged at bottom, deep rich color, very fresh, F.-V.F., believed to be one of the rarest 1906 Inverted Centers known with only one sheet of 20 ever found, this being the only known block that still exists.
