France, Paris/U.S. Postal Station/Apr. 7, 1900. Machine cancel on 2¢ green entire with the printed address of the American Postal Machines Company in Boston, Extremely Fine, ex-Payne.

This is a rejected design never put into postal use. Only date known is 7 April 1900, with less than 15 known copies according to Frederick Langford. Most probably a collector created "proof" of the marking.
