Cover franked with 1869, 10¢ yellow orange paying the direct rate, tied by fancy Heart foreign mail handstamp with matching "Philad'a, Pa., Mar 28" cds, blue Cherbourg cds and "8" decimes due handstamp, Very Fine and attractive, only three examples recorded of this fancy "Heart" foreign mail cancel.
