Mills on Line Street, with beautiful decorative Valentine enclosure which appears to have originated with the cover, minor edge tears, Very Fine for this, one of Only Three Valentines Bearing a Multiple of the Honour's 4LB8 Stamp Are Recorded; with 1976 P.F. certificate.

Clear strike of snowshovel handstamp struck in green with matching "Car. 2" in oval on small 1852 folded letter to New Orleans, La., bootlegged from France and entered the mails where "Madison N.J. Sep. 2" circular datestamp applied, "5" due handstamp, Very Fine, scarce usage and most unusual entry point for bootlegged mail.
