Newspaper, 1865, 5¢ Dark Blue, blue brush stroke cancel, faults including sealed tear through top right portion of stamp, clipped perfs at right and nicked top left corner, about Fine appearance, an extremely rare example of the 1865 5¢ Newspaper issue, this being one of only six recorded examples in the Dr. Pepper census all of which are faulty; with 2006 A.P.S. certificate.
