Philippines, Official Seal, 1905, Light Brown, three seals on large in coming envelope addressed to Governor of Guyo Island, Phillippines, franked with damaged Luxembourg 25c blue tied by 1905 town postmark, one seal tied by purple straight line "Received in bad condition, Manila P.I." handstamp, multiple transits on reverse including the "S.S. Panay, P. Isls, CGS" duplex postmark of the Coast and Geodetic Survey; some seal defects, Fine.

Inc." handstamps with "Mar 22, 1941" at top, on legal size airmail cover to New York City, similar San Juan flight cachet, in combination with U.S. Airmail 10¢ Map issue tied by "San Juan, P.R., Mar 23, 1941" duplex postmark, Very Fine and scarce.

Virgin Islands (U.S.), Revenue, 1934, 6b St. Croix Tobacco Tax Issue, horizontal strip of 10 showing the various value settings, horizontal strip of 10, without gum as issued, three vertical creases between stamps, still Very Fine, a scarce provisional multiple (McRee 1RJ3).
Estimate    $200 - 300.

These revenue stamp were in use for only approximately 8 months in 1934 and it is thought only about a thousand stamps in total where printed in the four different values.
