Bauer and J. Ozment in each town during their 1990's travels throughout Colorado, generally F.-V.F. or better, a truly wonderful Colorado cover collection.

Colorado Territorial Balance, of over 55 covers on pages in binder; with a selection of 6 incoming mail cover to destinations including 1860's Boulder City and Granite Vale, postmarks including 1860's Black Hawk and various Black Hawk Point postmarks, 1870 Canon City with negative masonic and "R" letter fancy duplexes, 1869-70 Central City including "Advertised" date stamp, 1862 Colorado City manuscript, 1867 Fair Play manuscript, selection of Fort Collins and Fort Lyon postmarks, Golden City, C.T. cds on 1863 postal receipt with later on cover usages, other towns including Golden Gate, Greeley, Pueblo, Mountain City, Spanish Bar and Villa Grove; few cover with possible territorial usage status; condition varies, generally Fine or better.

N. Byers, P.M." directive handstamp, 1880's with boxed "Returned From, Hotel, Shop or Office" date stamp, octagon date stamp, interesting 1886 1¢ Banknote bisect usage, 1886 registered usage with straight line Denver handstamp canceling, auxiliary handstamps, ad cover including 1887 stamp collar, 1888 & 1889 straight line postmarks (two different), later with range of machine cancels, airmails including later crash covers, etc., generally F.-V.F. or better.

Denver Territorial Postal History Collection, 1863-76, of 32 covers on pages in binder; includes 1863 "Denver City, C.T." double circle date stamp and following double circle "Col" cds in black and blue, 1865 "Denver City, Col" cds in blue, later cds with early strike in black and blue including double rate forwarding, the scarce rimless Rec'd date stamp with additional Advertised cds on reverse, study of the 1870's postmark types and fancy duplexes including star, negative "L", "M" & "NV" letters, negative masonic, also a selection of ad corner cards including Rocky Mountain News, etc., generally F.-V.F. or better.
