Hawaii, 1893, 12¢ red lilac, red overprint, horizontal strip of three, tied by purple "Kahului, Maui, Jun 30, 1893" cds's (281.01) on cover to Honolulu, manuscript "Registered" endorsement and red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Jul 2, 1893" receiving cds; cover reduced at left into endorsement and address panel, otherwise Very Fine, quite possibly the largest multiple usage of the 1893 12¢ red provisional overprint issue, ex Honolulu Advertiser.
