Hawaii, 1894, 1¢-25¢ Provisional Government Pictorial issue complete, neatly arranged by denomination on registered cover to Rangoon, Burma (Theo. H. Davies & Co. corner card on backflap), sent by the designer of the stamps and endorsed "by E.W. Holdsworth, Honolulu, H.I.", all tied by light target cancels, red "Honolulu, Hawaii, Mar 13, 1894" cds with matching "R" registry and "A.R." return receipt handstamps, additional red straight line "Registered" handstamp likely applied in Burma, forwarded to Bhamo with appropriate transit and receiving backstamps, Extremely Fine, a wonderful set on cover sent and endorsed by the designer of this issue; with 1990 A. Rendon certificate.
