7-Bar Circular Grid, three strikes in red tie 1861, 3¢ rose, two singles, and 1862, 24¢ red lilac, on 1862 buff cover to Bremen, Germany at the 28¢ PCM rate, red "N. York Br. Pkt. '7 Paid' Auf 19" exchange credit cds, endorsed "Steamer Arabia", some blue docketing erased and some edge wear, F.-V.F. use at the expensive and seldom used 28¢ PCM rate to Bremen. 7-Rings, fine strike cancels 1873, 10¢ brown on blue folded letter to Holland, red "New York Paid All Br Transit Dec 2" exchange cds, carried as endorsed by Cunard Line Parthia from New York Dec. 2nd to Queenstown arriving Dec. 2nd, Amsterdam (12.15) and Enkhuizen (12.16) backstamps; trivial perf hole staining, Very Fine; with 2003 P.F. certificate. Scott No. 161.
Weiss No. TR-T2    Estimate $500 - 750.

This is only recorded example of this cancel on full cover. Weiss illustrated a Dec. 1874 Wallis correspondence part front, thus confirming this unusual NYFM cancel.
