Feb 21 1909" duplex on picture post card of Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C., addressed to Louisville, Ky.; F.-V.F., this is an exceptionally usage being within five days of when the stamp was purported to have been issued;; with 2004 A.P.S. certificate.
