The perforated 11 coil waste issues are much scarcer than the earlier issues perforated 11x10, so much so that any 1c usage is rare. This early date has long been recognized as the earliest documented usage since its discovery in 1988 and; woefully undervalued on cover in Scott as it is believed by specialists that there are less #545 covers in existence than #544 covers.
