Confederacy, 1863, 10¢ blue, mostly huge margins, tied by "Charleston, S.C., Apr 18" cds on brown cross-hatched wallpaper cover with wallpaper design on the outside of cover, addressed to Scuffletown, S.C., Extremely Fine, one of only a few known wallpaper covers with the wallpaper design on the outside of the cover; with 2001 C.S.A. certificate.
