1870, 6¢ carmine, H. grill, intensely rich color and wide margins, grill impression clearly visible, tied by bold blue four-bar handstamp with matching "Chicago, Ill., Jul 29" alongside on double rate cover to Bristol Mills, Me., Extremely Fine, quite certainly one of the finest single usages of the 1870 6¢ Grilled Banknote issue; with 2011 P.F. certificate.
