Panama, 1892-96, 1c green to 1p lake, complete ABNC "Specimen" set, blocks of eight with red "Specimen" handstamp and control punches, 1c to 20c are vertical blocks with right imprint selvage, 50c horizontal block with right imprint selvage, and 1p vertical block with right selvage but lower right stamp reattached without selvage; some flaws, o.g., F.-V.F.
