Argentina, Collection, 1858-1974, housed on Scott album pages; issues well represented throughout with much completion, with a selection of early 1860's issues with some interesting Rividavia forgeries, 1877 issue including 2c on 5c inverted surcharge used (flaws, cat $750), strong completion thereon missing the occasional issue, good back-of-the-book including the various officials issues, Buenos Aires issues with genuine amid forgeries and reprints.

Austrian Post Offices Abroad, Collection, 1867-1914, used collection on album pages with the occasional mint single and set; Crete issues near complete starting with complete 1903-04 First issues (cat $1,392) with additional mint, later issue present, Turkish Empire with 1867 First issues complete used, good 1876-83 fine print issues, following coat of arm issues complete, similar 1890-1907 surcharges, 1913-14 issues with scarce 20c, postage due issues complete both */o with additional shades, etc.; nice material with cancels unchecked and better items signed.

Belgium, Stock, thousands of issues arranged on stockpages in seven binders; starting with used classic with dozens of Leopold issues imperf/perf'd with later used runs and sets in modest to moderate duplication, mint starting at turn-of-the century with good sets in modest duplication, good showing of modern n.h. including booklets, section of 1930-40's ad label pairs and blocks, back-of-the-book with substantial section of semi-postal issues with later sets in pleasant duplication, some better including Sc. B178 x3 and other souvenir sheets, other issues including newspapers and parcel posts, also a section of Belgium Congo with some good items throughout; condition varies mostly confined to early material, worth review.
