Jul 22 1895" cds on 1887, 1¢ blue entire to London, England, reverse with bright red London arrival date stamp; stamp hinged in place and cover tears, otherwise Fine, the Earliest Documented Usage of the 1895 4¢ Watermarked Issue, ex "Aristocrat"; with 2003 A.P.S. certificate.
